We grieve many different losses. The loss of relationships, jobs, physical abilities, our health, identity, dreams, hopes… and so much more. Grief and loss is a universal human experience. Facing uncertainty, managing challenging emotions such as fear, anxiety, sadness and trying to find stability again when life circumstances have changed.
My role is to help manage these difficult emotions, discover ways to move forward in life in the face of loss and find ways to regain peace.
